World Labyrinth Day

Every year on the first Saturday in May thousands of people around the globe participate in World Labyrinth Day is a moving meditation for world peace and celebration of the labyrinth experience.

Many “Walk as One at 1” local time to create a rolling wave of peaceful energy passing from one time zone to the next, and there are a number of ways to participate.

Here in Los Angeles, we are delighted to celebrate the many Labyrinths across our great City!  Did you know that we have over 42 registered Labyrinths in a 25-mile radius in Los Angeles?  Labyrinths are found throughout the world with the oldest dating back thousands of years. In contemporary use, labyrinths provide an opportunity for personal reflection, spiritual practice, or the reduction of stress in many different public and private settings. Over 6,000 labyrinths are listed on the World-Wide Labyrinth.
