Listening. Attuning. Moving in Harmony with Spirit. Sound in Motion is a two-hour experiential journey into the labyrinth of sound, movement, and awareness.

Through listening to music and guided visualizations, practicing spontaneous dance movements, and playful improvisation, participants are invited to attune more deeply within.

The labyrinth offers a metaphor for this journey: sometimes moving inward, sometimes outward, sometimes turning in an unexpected direction, yet always continuing toward the center. Through sound and motion, we explore that inner landscape and discover new ways of moving through everyday life with greater presence, freedom, attunement, and play.

No dance or movement experience is necessary. Come with a willingness to listen, explore, play, and naturally move in a way that brings you greater flow and freedom.
