Created for you to completely relax and let go of worldly concerns.

Immerse yourself and connect more deeply with who you truly are and with what breathes and sustains you.

There will be Sound Journeys, meditation, guided meditations, nature time, labyrinth walks, forgiveness, gratitude, journaling, and free-form writing. 

Dr. Paul Kaye, Meditation Instructor and soundscape artist, has designed and is facilitating your retreat. 

Delicious, healthy meals are included. Join us and discover why silent retreats are so popular!

Breakfast and Orientation: 8am - 9am
Retreat Hours: 9am - 6pm

About the Retreat

Your day will include sound journeys, meditations, nature time, walking the labyrinth, forgiveness, gratitude, journaling, and free-form writing (to clear unconscious blocks and tension).

No prior knowledge of any of this is assumed and you will be personally guided through the day by Paul himself.

We provide a drug and alcohol-free environment and you will be device-free for the day. (We will give you a phone number to give your loved ones in case they need to contact you in an emergency.)
