Created for you to completely relax, let go of worldly concerns, and connect more deeply with who you truly are and with what breathes and sustains you

Join us one Monday per month at Peace Labyrinth & Gardens, 3500 West Adams Blvd, Los Angeles, for:

  • Sound Journeys

  • Meditation and quiet time

  • Qi Gong, Somatic Yoga

  • Nature time in our gardens

  • Labyrinth walks

  • Forgiveness, gratitude and journaling

  • Free-form writing (to clear unconscious blocks and tension)

No prior knowledge of any of this is assumed and you will be personally guided through the experience by the facilitator.

We will assemble at 3 pm for tea and light snacks on Sunday, August 11 and begin at 4 pm. The retreat will end the following day, Monday, August 12 at 6 pm. The $150 fee includes meals and overnight accommodations. (Overnight accommodation is not required but there will be no reduction in the fee.) Vegan options will be available if preordered.

We provide a drug and alcohol-free environment and you will be device free for the retreat. We will give you a phone number that you can give to your friends and loved ones in case they need to contact you in an emergency.

The retreat will be small and intimate. Please feel free to tell your friends about this.

Retreat Hours:

Sunday, August 11 from 4 pm to 9 pm.
Monday, August 12 from 9 am to 6 pm.

Meals included:

Sunday evening dinner | Monday morning breakfast from 8 am to 9 am | Monday lunch.


Cost: $150 USD - includes meals and overnight accommodations.

What to Bring Suggestions:

· Journal (not requires as we will supply you with one)

· Water bottle (we will have bottled water available)

. Comfortable clothing

· Yoga mat, if desired (we will have yoga mats on hand if needed)
