Peace Awareness: A Way of Tea Ceremony is an intimate, two-hour tea ceremony designed to gently guide you into a state of inner calm. Limited to just six participants, this immersive gathering invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience the restorative power of presence.
You’ll be served three artisanal, small-batch teas—each prepared in harmony with the traditions of its culture—along with a healthy, handcrafted sweet treat. As you sit with tea, breath, stillness, and intentional space, you’ll discover how simple rituals can shift your energy and open your heart.

Your Tea Guide
Your tea master, Paul Kaye, has spent decades exploring tea culture, meditation, tai chi, qigong, and sound healing. Paul also leads PAL&G’s Sound Bath sessions, Urban Retreats, and our Meditation, Movement & Sound evenings. His approach blends ancient wisdom with modern mindfulness, creating a grounding, welcoming experience for all.
