Come dance with love with sacred, uplifting music and a focus on liberation for all levels of the consciousness! And no dance skills required! You are welcome to move your body however you like, to enjoy the freedom that comes from moving with the Spirit!
We’ll begin by calling in the Light together. After that feel free to dance however Spirit moves you — in harmony with yourself and a beautiful group of others — and tap into the joy of physical expression at its most spontaneous and fun!
