Walking a labyrinth is a great way to experience peace and relaxation. It can be a meditative process, assisting you to let go of tension and open your mind to new ways of thinking and to connect inwardly.
Labyrinths have existed for hundreds of years and are used by many religions, cultures and institutions worldwide.
Our labyrinth is an outdoor stone labyrinth with the same design as that at the Chartres Cathedral in France.
